Urgent Labor Update
Tim Carter has notified SMACNA - WW that he is sending a letter to all Contractors stating that all Local 66 members are NOT to sign any type of liability waiver.
Please be advised that SMACNA does not support contractors requesting members to sign a liability waiver, as this was not collectively bargained between SMACNA and Local 66.
