Lisa-Conners

Lisa Connors exemplifies ACCO's emphasis on technical ability and customer service. Her 10+ year career with ACCO brings experience as a project manager, estimator and design engineer, allowing her to service customers from a technical foundation. Within these realms, she is an outgoing, compassionate and tireless advocate through recruiting, training and mentoring of new hires. She leads by example, empowering women within and outside construction. Lisa is an awesome asset to ACCO and our industry!

Talaundra is great! She is a Local 66 apprentice who I would love to see next year. I had her on a panel last year for Camp BuildHER and she did a great job presenting and connecting with the kids.


Allison-Henson

In celebration of Women in Construction Week, we are thrilled to spotlight Allison Henson, a vital member of the MacDonald-Miller team since 2006. Starting her journey as a material handler, Allison's dedication and hard work over the past 17 years have seen her grow into an indispensable part of our shop team. Today, she is the linchpin coordinating all our deliveries, ensuring the accuracy of system information, managing stormwater compliance and handling numerous other critical tasks.

Allison's commitment to excellence and her ability to juggle a diverse range of responsibilities have not only contributed to our operational success but have also set a stellar example of dedication and resilience in the construction industry. We are proud to recognize Allison's achievements and her significant contributions to MacDonald-Miller during Women in Construction Week.


Carrie-Thomes

Carrie is a 5th year Local 66 test and balance apprentice who works for the Airtest Company.

Carrie started as a sheet metal apprentice before switching over to TAB. She takes pride in her work and understands how to run a TAB project from start to finish. Carrie does a great job communicating with customers, subcontractors and building owners/representatives. She’s currently working toward her certification as TABB Supervisor and NEBB Certified Technician.


Christina-Mccoy

Christina has been an incredibly valuable sheet metal worker for McKinstry for more than 25 years. She’s an extremely hard and loyal worker who is willing to share her vast knowledge with anyone who asks. Chris has been a mentor to numerous female and male sheet metal workers over the years. She makes sure safety is followed on the jobsite by all, no matter what trade or company you work for. I’m proud to call Chris my teammate, and we’re lucky to have Chris as part of the McKinstry family!


Crystal-Thompson

Crystal Thompson embodies the essence of Women in Construction with her remarkable career path of growth, determination and passion for the HVAC industry. Crystal joined Dorse & Company in 2018 as a warehouse temp. Her relentless drive propelled her to the position of Warehouse Manager by 2022. Despite starting with little knowledge of HVAC, Crystal's curiosity and dedication led her to become an Inside Sales Representative in 2023. She thrives on engaging with customers and immersing herself in the details of the business. Crystal eagerly adopts to the ever-changing landscape of HVAC and is poised to embrace the opportunities that lie ahead in our industry.


Jasmine-Wilson

Jasmine is a 5th year sheet metal apprentice for McKinstry. Jasmine is the hardest worker you will ever meet. She strives to be better every day and is always doing something productive on the jobsite. I never have to worry about her not giving 100 percent. I wish I could have a million Jasmines working for us! She’s a future leader.


Jennifer-moreau

Jennifer Moreau is a dedicated and passionate safety coordinator for Hudson Bay Insulation. Her years as a journeyman insulator helped shape a proactive approach in developing creative solutions for emerging safety situations. Beyond her exceptional work ethic and an infectiously positive attitude is a safety professional whose compassion and empathy has earned her the respect and admiration of all who are lucky enough to work with her.


Pearl-Fowler

Pearl Fowler serves as an inspiration to aspiring professionals. She embodies the spirit of Women in Construction through her achievements and passion for her work. Pearl graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering in 2015 and embarked on her professional path with a co-op position at Tom Barrow Company in Atlanta, GA, where she honed her skills as an estimator. Building upon her foundation, Pearl transitioned to become a technical sales associate at Holden & Associates in 2019, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability in diverse roles.

Pearl Joined Dorse & Company as a senior project manager in 2022. Her expertise and leadership have been instrumental in driving projects forward, showcasing her ability to navigate complex tasks with finesse and precision. Born into a military family, she thrived in diverse locales like Hawaii, Texas and Italy. Her academic prowess placed her in the top 15 of her high school class. Outside work, Pearl enjoys anime, live sports and quality time with friends.


Stephanie-Hobbs

For Women in Construction Week, we're proud to highlight Stephanie Hobbs, whose journey at MacDonald-Miller began in 2021 and led her to excel in our sheet metal shop by 2022. Known for her exceptional craftsmanship and artistic flair, Stephanie has consistently demonstrated initiative, most recently in learning our fabrication software. Her dedication to advancing her skills and pushing the boundaries of what's possible in construction showcases the vital role women like Stephanie play in our industry.


Tracy Mondale

Tracy Mondale epitomizes the spirit of Women in Construction with her unwavering dedication, exemplary leadership and boundless energy. With more than three decades of experience, Tracy's drive and passion have propelled her to excel in her role as Sales Support Manager at Dorse & Company. Her commitment to fostering collaboration and her relentless pursuit of excellence make her a true asset to the industry.

Tracy joined Dorse & Company in 2008 after more than 15 years at another HVAC company. Her journey serves as an inspiration to all and demonstrates the transformative power of hard work and determination in shaping the construction landscape.
